1. Introduction

Welcome to Remedy Painting. By accessing our website and/or using our painting services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Remedy Painting provides residential and commercial painting services and optional colour consulting. All services are provided as described, with variations depending on individual project requirements.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are provided based on project specifications and are subject to change if project details change. Any adjustments will be communicated prior to starting the project.

4. Booking and Payments

To secure our services, a 25% deposit is required prior to the work starting, which will be applied toward the total project cost. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A multiple payment structure may be required for projects exceeding 3 working days. Payment methods accepted are cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2.9% transaction fee.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Remedy Painting reserves the right to retain the deposit in case of late cancellations.

6. Liability and Warranty

Remedy Painting guarantees workmanship quality for a period of six months after completion. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural wear, weather conditions, or misuse. We are not liable for incidental damages or any damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Colour Selection

Colour consulting is available as an optional service. While we strive to provide the best advice, final colour selection and satisfaction are the client’s responsibility.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear access to the work area and that valuables or delicate items are removed. Remedy Painting is not responsible for damages to items left in the workspace.

9. Use of Website

All content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without permission. Remedy Painting reserves the right to change or remove content without notice.
